Individual's Rights

As an individual of Cabaniss Day Support, Inc., you have certain rights, which are set out in the Rules and Regulations to Assure the Rights of Individuals Receiving Services from Providers of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. In addition, there is a written Cabaniss Day Support, Inc. Human Rights policy, which sets out what will be done to comply with these Rules and Regulations.
